168 Room Extended Stay Hotel to be located on the corner of South Charles Street and Redwood Street in Baltimore, Maryland. The project will include the restoration of a 100 year old historic warehouse which up to 2002 was used as an office building by a bank with retail on the first floor. Two adjacent office buildings will be demolished to make way for a new nine story structure which will form the new wing of the hotel.
The building has been designed by the Baltimore architectural firm of Schamu, Machowski Greco with the project architect, Gordon & Greenberg, undertaking the interior design of the hotel.

Development of a new five story apartment building with parking at first floor level, on the parking lot to the rear of an existing building. Also included the renovation of the existing single story historic building at 2608/2612 Connecticut Avenue NW.
The apartment building has been leased to Boston University as student housing for Boston University’s International Programs which oversees the domestic study and study abroad programs for the University.
The retail units have been leased to Debonair Cleaners and the Italian Pizza Kitchen.
Delivery: Boston University took occupancy in January 2011. Retail space was completed in summer 2011.

Tatton Motorsports Park, St. Mary’s County, Maryland

Tatton Park will be a Motorsports Park located in St. Mary’s County with a projected opening in 2014. The facility will be located on 450 acres in Southern Maryland within forty miles of Washington DC and fifteen miles of the Chesapeake Bay. Tatton Park will feature two road courses, an off road and rally facility, clubhouse, bike trails and a nature preserve.
Tatton Park will offer a limited number of memberships to individuals and corporations and will be available to automobile clubs, the holding of national and regional events hosted by organizations including SCCA, NASA, SVRA and CCS Racing.

The property is the largest remaining undeveloped property in the City of Annapolis containing an 18th century home listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Current plans call for the property to be developed under a PUD as a mixed use residential development. The historic house would be completely renovated as part of the development.

MLCDC Community Center, Baltimore

Concept plans have been finalized for a 30,823 gross sq. ft. Community Center in Baltimore for the Mt. Lebanon Community Devt. Corp. It will also be used by the Greater Mondawmin community and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metropolitan Baltimore. A unique feature of the building will be an elevated gymnasium/basketball court accessible from the upper level classrooms with a 4,400 sq. ft. multipurpose room on the first floor accessible from the Daycare Center.
Project architect is SMG Architects with construction by the V.I.Management Group. Construction is planned to commence 2012 with delivery in 2013.
