168 Room Extended Stay Hotel to be located on the corner of South Charles Street
and Redwood Street in Baltimore, Maryland. The project will include the
restoration of a 100 year old historic warehouse which up to 2002 was used as an
office building by a bank with retail on the first floor. Two adjacent office
buildings will be demolished to make way for a new nine story structure which
will form the new wing of the hotel.
The building has been designed by the Baltimore architectural firm of Schamu,
Machowski Greco with the project architect, Gordon & Greenberg, undertaking the
interior design of the hotel.

2008/2012 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington DC

14,000 sq ft apartment building and renovation of the existing single story historic
building at 2608/2612 Connecticut Avenue NW. The apartment building will include four
residential floors with one level of parking accessed from 24th Street and will be
constructed on the vacant land currently used as surface parking. Retail tenants include
Debonair Cleaners and the Italian Pizza Kitchen both of whom will occupy the renovated
retail space upon completion this fall. Boston University has signed a long term lease for
the apartment building and will house students who are interning in Washington DC under its
International Programs. Projected delivery date of the apartment building will be in time
for the spring 2011 semester.

Tatton Park will be a Motorsports Park located in St. Mary’s County with a projected opening in
2012. The facility will be located on 450 acres in Southern Maryland within forty miles of
Washington DC and fifteen miles of the Chesapeake Bay. Tatton Park will feature two road courses,
an off road and rally facility, clubhouse, bike trails and a nature preserve.
Tatton Park will offer a limited number of memberships to individuals and corporations
and will be available to automobile clubs, the holding of national and regional events hosted
by organizations including SCCA, NASA, SVRA and CCS Racing.

The property is the largest remaining undeveloped historical historical
in the City of Annapolis containing an 18th century home with a Yankee Barn
guest house. The 4.37 acres are currently approved for a 6 lot residential
subdivision but zoning will also support a 70,000/80,000 sq. ft. seniors center.
The historical Georgian colonial was once the home of artist John Hesselius
and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
