Ashbourne manages and co-ordinates property development projects on behalf of its clients, who include institutional investors, property developers, non-profits, foreign missions and corporations. The services include all aspects of a development - from inception through planning and zoning, construction to completion. The role includes the performance of feasibility studies, risk assessments, market analyses and the financial impact to the client. During the design and construction phase, Ashbourne’s team will work to achieve time, cost and quality targets according to the client’s priorities, while continuing to work within the project budget. Ashbourne can also provide with its strategic partners a wide range of consultancy advice on procurement methods, risk analysis, building specifications and independent consultancy services.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Ashbourne can also provide commercial property management services for clients to include: office buildings, industrial estates, business parks, shopping centers and educational establishments. Management services include the day-to-day management of revenue, procurement, facilities, property marketing, onsite personnel, safety and security.

SITE INVESTIGATIONS

Whether a company has need to expand its presence in an existing market or to a new one, Ashbourne and its strategic partners can provide assistance in locating premises, undertaking site evaluations, analyzing the cost benefits of a corporate relocation and the disposal of surplus real estate.

SALES & LEASING

Ashbourne is also a licensed real estate and can work independently or with third parties broker in the sale and acquisition of property. As a developer Ashbourne brings a special understanding to the art of sales and leasing having gained from the experience of looking after its own investments as opposed to the no-risk representation frequently experienced when using a conventional agency.
